Fei Xu
Interim Chief Executive Officer

Before joining ChinData, Xu Fei was an Executive Vice President and a member of the Portfolio Group for Bain Capital. He has managed multiple Bain Capital investments in the China market, and has deep knowledge and experience driving strategy development, people and organization build up, and transformation. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he worked at Bain & Company, where he focused on growth strategy and post-merger integrations. For the past 3 years, Xu Fei has been working cohesively with the company, and possessed deep understanding and knowledge on ChinData’s corporate strategy and operation.

Qian Xiao
Director and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Qian Xiao serves as our chief operating officer and our director. Prior to joining us, Ms. Xiao served as a senior vice president of Wangsu Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 300017) from 2011 to 2019. Prior to that, Ms. Xiao served as a financial manager at Dell from 2010 to 2011. In addition, Ms. Xiao served as a senior consultant at IBM from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, Ms. Xiao served as a financial executive at Accenture from 2002 to 2007, and as a financial executive at China Academy of Space Technology from 1999 to 2002. Ms. Xiao received a bachelor’s degree in international finance from Beihang University and an MBA degree from Tsinghua University.

Dongning Wang
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Dongning Wang serves as our chief financial officer. Prior to joining our group, Mr. Wang served as the vice president of finance at NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO) from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Wang served as the executive vice president, director and chief financial officer at Jaguar Land Rover China from 2008 to 2014. Prior to joining Jaguar Land Rover China, he served as the chief financial officer at Chrysler Japan Co. in 2008 and he held various senior financial management positions at Daimler Chrysler’s U.S. headquarters and Asia Pacific region operations from 2001 to 2007. From 1995 to 1999, he served as a senior manager at State Power Corporation of China. Mr. Wang received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tsinghua University and an MBA degree from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
